David Moreira has over two decades of experience as a software engineer and architect, and leadership in technology management roles.
Prior to his current position, David served as a Principal and Technical Director at Charles Schwab, where he was instrumental in driving the company’s platform engineering technology strategy, particularly through the NextGen CI/CD platform initiative. He managed the architecture and integration of new delivery pipeline tools across the U.S., focusing on enhancing developer productivity, experience, and system efficiency. At Vyze, he scaled engineering teams across three geographies, managing product and platform engineering execution while introducing cost-effective talent sourcing solutions.
Earlier in his career, David held significant technical leadership and management positions at companies like 3M and PayPal, where he was responsible for software development, process improvement, and integration strategies. At 3M, he provided technical leadership for tolling subsystems, while at PayPal, he developed critical applications that significantly reduced operational costs and improved customer service functionalities.
David is recognized for his strategic vision in technology, having designed and implemented software solutions that span across multiple industries. He has a proven track record in managing global teams, acquisition integrations, and fostering environments of innovation and efficiency.
