Supporting Forterro’s international growth, Corbin was chairman of the board or president of 13 business entities across 8 countries. Throughout Forterro’s growth journey, he both evaluated and acquired scores of ERP software companies, developing an extended network of European ERP leaders and helping to create and execute on value creation strategies for the various business units and products in Forterro’s portfolio.

Richard Furby serves as the COO of Mirador Software Group, managing the day-to-day operations of all group companies. Prior to joining Mirador, Richard held a number of leadership roles at Forterro, a PE-backed, international, multi-product ERP software group. Most recently, he served as President of Northern Europe (overseeing business units in the UK and Nordics) and Head of Corporate M&A. Before that, he was the Managing Director of Germany-based abas Software, Forterro’s largest acquisition. Prior to abas, he was SVP Professional Services, Support & Education and CIO (overseeing the development of onshore / offshore service excellence centers, centralized cloud operations centers in India and Poland, and multiple back-office integration projects).

Bill Haynes is the General Manager for Mirador’s North American operations, which currently includes the MIE Solutions and Expandable Software lines of business. Haynes joined the business in 2024 and is responsible for developing and executing strategic, operational, and financial plans that drive the profitability and growth. In his role, Haynes oversees sales, development, professional services, and customer support and education.
Prior to joining Mirador, Haynes was a Vice President for Forterro’s Abas business unit where he led Abas operations in North America. Before Forterro, Haynes worked for Allied Solutions, a large financial services company where he built and lead a team that developed, packaged, and sold digital marketing solutions to financial institutions. Prior to that, he served in a number of leadership roles at Consona Corporation (now Aptean), including Vice President of Sales, North America; Vice President of Sales and Marketing, ERP Division; and Senior Vice President of Sales. While at Consona/Aptean, Haynes was part of a leadership team that grew annual revenue from $30 million to just under $200 million and managed 21 ERP and CRM products.
Haynes also spent several years in supply chain management designing and implementing simulation-based manufacturing scheduling systems for Fortune 500 companies. Haynes worked five years as the production manager for a job shop that supplied the aerospace industry.

Melissa has over 20 years of experience in B2B marketing for ERP and application software companies, having developed strategies around culture, communication, brand, and marketing for two international, multi-product software groups. She’s also had the opportunity to lead commercial diligence, deal communications and integrations for more than 20 PE-led M&A processes.
Throughout her career, Melissa has held director, vice president, and C-level titles at Forterro and, before that at Consona Corporation (now Aptean) and Indigo Biosystems. In those roles she managed teams responsible for demand generation, corporate communications, business development, product marketing, and HR. While at Forterro, Melissa helped the company grow more than eight-fold, playing a driving role in the development of new business and customer marketing strategies for each of Forterro’s portfolio companies.

At both companies, Steve was responsible for the global engineering team and technology strategy. Steve also managed acquisition due diligence, the integration of acquired firms, and the continuous improvement of both R&D operations and product architectures in the US, Europe, India, and Morocco.
Earlier in his career, Steve served in technical management positions at several Fortune 500 companies, holding responsibility for software design, consulting, and global IT infrastructure growth. As director of architecture for 20th Century Fox, Steve developed the company’s software development and IT infrastructure standards and practices. He also worked as director of the object-oriented consulting practice for Tier Technologies.
A published author and U.S. patent holder, Steve has designed and implemented multiple software operations, including the software development processes for a Siemens software factory unit, and the 24/7 operational processes for the No. 1 automotive Web site on the Internet, www.toyota.com.
