Best-In-Class Group Finance
Ryan Johnson is the CFO for Mirador Software Group. He joins the company after a long career with Vontier, created from a spin-off from Danaher focusing on software solutions for the mobility ecosystem. As CFO, Ryan is responsible for the overall financial leadership of Mirador including strategic planning, financial reporting, and compliance.
Ryan brings more than 15 years of finance experience to Mirador, most recently serving as CFO for DRB a Vontier portfolio company and previously serving in leadership roles at KPMG, Genesis Energy, and Apollo Endosurgery. Ryan is an operationally oriented finance professional grounded in public accounting, business unit leadership, and corporate finance for best-in-class operating companies with a mindset for continuous improvement developed through the Danaher Business System.
Ryan is a CPA and graduated from Trinity University with a MS in Accounting.

Melissa has 20+ years of experience in the ERP / application software space, having overseen teams responsible for demand generation, corporate communications, business development, product marketing, and HR at Forterro, and before that Consona.
David Moreira
David Moreira has over two decades of experience as a software engineer/architect and technology leader. Earlier in his career, David held significant technical leadership and management positions at companies like Charles Schwab, 3M and PayPal.
Brian Branecky
Brian has nearly a decade of experience in the application software space, previously handing FP&A for an international multi-product software group, as well as strategic modeling for the company’s M&A engine.
Steve Bailey
Steve has over 20 years of experience as a Chief Technology Officer, including acquisition due diligence, integration of acquired firms, and continuous improvement of both R&D operations and product architectures in the US, Europe, India, and Morocco.
